Ans: Yes, We are Providing Modem/ONT Free to Use Basis with our New Welcome Plans.
Where Customer will Pay the Welcome Plan Amount and Get Modem Free to Use Basis.
This ONT/Modem is Locked and Non Usable with Other Internet Services.
Customer Has to return this Modem While Disconnecting Our Connection.
Q. Is There Any Installation Cost for New Connection ?
Ans: Generally We don't Charge Any Installation cost for New Connection.
It's Free of cost with Welcome Plan Value if the Customer Installation Location
is Coming under Any Apartment or Society. Sometimes Installation Cost Applicable
if the customer location is Non Feasible with our Fiber network.
The installation cost is required to pay by Customer to Make it Feasible
with Fiber Connection. The Estimate will be given by Our Service Partner
Before Installation as per actual basis.
Q. Is The Above Plan are Include GST ?
Ans: No. Above Price are Excluding GST. 18% GST Will be Applicable in Plan Value.
You can Claim Your GST By providing/Updating on Your Profile with GSTN Certificate.
Q. Is Above Plans are Unlimited Data ?
Ans: Yes, it's Unlimited Data with Fixed Usage Policy that is post 3500GB
Speed will be Reduced to 2mbps and continue with Unlimited Data.
This High Speed Data Limit 3500GB Applicable Per month Per Subscription.
